As expected my life after exam was aimless. I filled my time with dramas, novels and exercising for the past 2 weeks. Can't even remember what day and what date it is today.. that's what happened to me when I have nothing to do - feel lost.

Anyway things got better last Tuesday as we started our clinical attachment lecture and then the orientation on Wednesday. We officially started shadowing 4th year dental students on Wednesday afternoon! My group was assigned to Dental Surgery department that afternoon. The procedure we watched during that session was mostly tooth extraction. But compared to the clinical attachment that I attended 3 years ago, I learned more information this time, i.e more in details about the dental instrument used and the purposes of using a specific ingredient. As surgery is interesting so I somewhat had a good kick start for this one month attachment. Hopefully I'll keep up the heat / spirit until the last day! :)

Oh ya Mr & Mrs Tan were here in Cork 3 weeks ago for a week. And I tried cooking a new dish - Penang Char Hor Fun / Alor Setar Char Ying Yong, but since I don't have Kueh Teow so I substituted it with spaghetti noodle. Turned out quite good :)
